We would like to provide some troubleshooting steps that we believe may be beneficial to you. The video was a big help! We know how inconvenient something like this can be, and we would like to take a look into this for you. Hey there, Thanks for reaching out and letting us know that you're having wonky tracking issues while playing. If you're still having this issue after checking all of that, could you please share a video of what you're seeing in your headset? That way we will be able to get a better understanding of what exactly is going on, and how to fix it! Select the toggle to re-enable 6DoF tracking.Scroll down the list and select Tracking.Select Device from the left side of the Settings panel.Select Settings from the top right of the panel. When Quick Settings appears, select it to open the Quick Settings panel. Put on your headset, then hover over the clock on the left side of the universal menu. You can do this by following these steps: If your headset lost tracking at any point, you may need to turn it back on.In order to properly clean them, use a dry optical lens micro-fiber cloth to clean your headset lenses. Try using a different playspace to see if your environment is affecting your tracking.Your playspace may not have enough contrast between objects or textures, and that can confuse the tracking cameras.(For example, mirrors, window reflections, TV screens, etc.) If your playspace contains large reflective surfaces, it could also interfere with the tracking cameras. If it's too dark, the cameras will not be able to track properly.(For example, too many lights, direct sun exposure, LED strips, etc.) If it's too bright, the tracking cameras may be oversaturated. ![]() ![]() There are some common causes of tracking issues, and we'll go ahead and share them here: In order for the tracking on your headset to work best, your playspace should have bright, even lighting. Unfortunately you can't turn around with the right thumbstick.Hey Unless there's a ghost moving your objects around in VR somehow, it sounds like something might be off with your tracking. To chat with other people you need to turn your right thumbstick to the right and press down and it'll open the wheel to select keyboard. When you run VR HANDS, no matter what oculus headset you are using, you need to pick the HTC vive so that you can chat with other people. When you are in VR hands you need to press the left oculus button, click the settings button which should appear if you installed OVR correctly, then go to application settings and turn on "Enable Motion Features When in Seated Mode (Experimental)", then go to to motion settings and enable space drag on the hand(s) you want to be able to use it with, and then you should be good to go. Be aware you do get some kind of view distortion which i don't know how to fix. When you have it so that ROBLOX is in your steam library, you need to go to your desktop, right click on the roblox icon, go to settings, compatibility and change it to Windows 7. After all that you need to be in the steam library, click on the bottom left corner that says "add a game" then press "add a non-steam game". To run playspacemover with the oculus headsets, first you download the OVR advanced settings in steam, then setup your controller settings to OVR.
